Product Description

DSC-D1 differential scanning calorimeter has intelligence, small size, and low price three greatest characteristics of thermal analysis instrument. It can determine oxidation induction time of polyethylene. DSC-D1 differential scanning calorimeter mainly express to following characteristics:
1. Small size of body;
2. It can quickly rise, reduce the temperature;
3. High resolution A/D(24 bits) data sampling;
4. Intelligence temperature controller of the microprocessor system, the accuracy of the constant temperature can reach to 0.10ºC        over a long period of time because of using Pt100 platinum electric resistance and  intelligence temperature controller;
5. Adopt numerical mass flow-meter by computer control;
6. High accuracy low drift amplifier;
DSC-D1 differential scanning calorimeter is including data sampling , save sampling data, load data, smooth of DSC curve, cutting over gas of two channels each other, selecting points for fitting DSC curve and software of oxidation induction time of polyethylene and polymer.

Temperature scale:  Room temperature ~ 500 ºC ;
The accuracy of the long constant temperature can reach to 0.1ºC
Controlled temperature programme rate : 0.1 ~ 99.0 ºC/min;
Heating rate:  0.1~ 30.0 ºC/min.
± 10, ± 20, ± 40, ± 100, ± 160, ± 200 mW, can change scale automatically

Gas flow ≤ 200 ml/min (nitrogen or oxygen gas channel can change each other);
