Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) is one of the fastest metals analyzers in the world. Just squeeze the trigger and one second later the result appears. As its user interface is simple,LIBS significantly reduces user error, so you get far more accurate and consistent results.

Using LIBS allows you to identify and analyze a wide range of alloys. It gives results on all common alloys, including aluminum, magnesium, titanium, cobalt, chromium, nickel, and copper alloys as well as stainless steels, tool steel, low alloy steels and more.

Fabrication and Positive Material Identification, PMI

LIBS can quickly identify all kinds of stainless steel such as 304, 316, 316Fe, 321, and aluminum alloy such as 6061 and 6063. It also can detect Si and Cu content of aluminum and zinc alloy raw materials to determine whether the quality of raw materials meets the standard.

Recycling and sorting 

Along with recycling and the proportion of recycled raw materials used in the metallurgical industry has increased year by year, LIBS can filter recycled material before customers are buying, sorting and melting, when the machine is ready for delivery before, the workers will confirm again, this step provides effective protection for production and sales.
