This instrument is designed and made as per national standard GB/T266 Petroleum Products-Determination of Engler viscosity and Shanghai enterprise standard Q/YXYY11 WNE-1 Engler Viscometer.It is suitable to determine the rate of time(seconds) of liquid flow out from Engler viscometer and time(seconds) of distilled water flow out at 20ºC under certain temperature and cubage.This rate is the Engler viscosity..Unit is Engler degree.
 
I. Main technical features 
1. The instrument is composed of tester and temperature controller. Desktop structure.Both of inner and outer crucible adopt stainless materials.Inner crucible has been specially processed.The smooth finish corresponds with the test requirements.
2. The temperature controller adopts digital display type. The parameters set is convenient. The temperature controlling precision is high.

Summary
This instrument is designed and made as per industrial standard SH/T 0722-2002 Standard test method for high temperature foaming characteristics of lubricating oils and ASTM D6082. It is used to determine the foaming characteristics of lubricating oils(transmission fluid and engine oil) at 150ºC.
 
I. Main technical features
1.The instrument equips a stainless steal air bath instead of oil bath. Safe and non-pollutive.
2.4 test-position design. It can test 2 samples as well as preheating another 2 samples. A spotlight is equipped on the bottom of each sample. Easy to observe the foam height during the test.
3. An air pump is equipped in the instrument. It can supply air to 2 samples at a time.
