Application
The TPC-56 automatic closed flash point tester (Tag Closed cup method) is designed, developed and produced according to the national standard GB / T 21929 "Tag Closed cup flash point measurement method" and the automatic test method of ASTM D56. It is suitable for automatic determination of flash point of liquid with viscosity less than 5.5cst at 40 ºC  or  9.5cst at 25 ºC  and flash point less than 93 ºC.

1)The instrument adopts high-definition 7-inch high-resolution 800 * 480pixels LCD touch screen display and touch screen key control.
2)Full English man-machine interface, English character display, automatic control throughout the experiment, intuitive and easy to operate.
3)The instrument has automatic functions such as automatic lifting of test arm, automatic cooling / heating control, automatic ignition, automatic flash point detection, test result saving and printing, and automatic air cooling after the test.
4)Electronic silicon carbide ignition technology, electronic flame, no need to connect the air source, energy saving and environmental protection, to ensure the safe use of the laboratory.
5)The instrument adopts German brand high-precision temperature sensor to detect the temperature.
6)When the sample reaches the preset temperature, the ignition will be started automatically and the flash point of the sample will be detected automatically.
7)The instrument adopts high-precision flash point detector to detect flash point, with short response time and high sensitivity.
8)The digital module automatically detects the atmospheric pressure, and the test result automatically compensates the atmospheric pressure to the correction value.
9)The instrument is equipped with fault self diagnosis system and reminder function; it can store multiple test results.
10)It has time, date and week setting functions.
11)It has the function of temperature rise limitation. When the temperature reaches the limit, the test instrument will automatically stop the test and prompt.
12)At the end of the test, the number and results of the test will be saved automatically and printed automatically.
