    According to the source of pollutants, the grid monitoring system of industrial park is established. 2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be between15 and 30 days after deposit payment. If there is stock for the instrument you want, timely shipment will be arranged within 7 days.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We will provide you with real photos or video of the instrument before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
Available in EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF.

5. What is your packing for the tester?
Generally, packed with wooden case. We can do some adjustments in terms of your special requirement.

6. Can the mask tester be certified?
There is certification requirements for mask only, and there has no relevant certification requirements for mask tester, but a calibration report is required. we will provide a calibration report with a randomizer for our mask test instrument. The calibration report is valid for one year. After then, we can also support the corresponding calibration service for small fee.

7. Do you have after-sales service?
We can provide on-site installation and commissioning service for you, but you need to bear the travel expense of our engineer. The warranty period will be one year. Free replacement parts will be supplied during this period. Only accessories and corresponding shipping charges will be charged out of the warranty period.

8. Is there an English interface for your instrument?
Our instrument can be customized on the base of your demand. For example, both mask tester and filter material tester can be displayed in Chinese, English and Korean interfaces. The instruction manual is available in both Chinese and English.
