Operating instructions

1) Connect the output ends to the gel box. The red end is positive electrode (anode) and the black one is 

negative electrode (cathode).

2) Revolve the knob of "Adjust" anticlockwise until it stops.

3) Press the button of "Power" to switch on power supply and lighten the digital panel. 

4) Choose a constant mode

constant voltage mode

   Press the button of "constant T" to turn on the indicator light of "constant T".

   Now the electrophoresis apparatus is working on constant voltage mode.

constant current mode

   Press the button of "constant A" to turn on the indicator light of "constant A"

   Now the electrophoresis apparatus is working on constant current mode.

5) Revolve the knob of "Adjust" clockwise gently until it reaches a certain value of voltage or current
