Description
1.5 Condensate Collection1.5.1 The object rested for 10 minutes and rinsed his mouth with water before collection.
1.5.2 When the temperature drops to 4°C, the object start blowing into the pipe evenly and normally. Start the timer when the object starts to blow, time 3-5 min, collect about 500-1000μl.
1.5.3 During the collection process, the object should inhale hardly, and blow air at an even speed, blow out the remaining air from the lungs as much as possible, which is beneficial to improve the detection rate. Keep inhaling through nose and exhaling through mouth, the staff should observe whether the object is breathing correctly. If the object have obvious fatigue and cough, the staff should stop the collecting and let the object rest, spit, and then continue collecting.
1.6 Condensate Collecting
1.6.1 After blowing finished, take out the centrifugal tube, unplug the blowing pipe and the gas-liquid separation cover, tighten and seal the cover of the centrifugal tube, make mark, and keep it in cold storage.
1.7 Waste Disposal
1.7.1 Put the used blowing pipe and gas-liquid separation cover into in the return bag, for centralized treatment.
1.8 Repeat Collection
1.8.1 Replace the new blowing pipe, gas-liquid separation cover and centrifugal tube, to prevent cross-contamination. Repeat the above steps and collect again.
2. Caution
2.1 Please do not change the accessories casually.
2.2 Please do not disassemble the sampler casually.
2.3 Please stop the sampler when the fault occurs, and restart after troubleshooting.
2.4 The sampler Air Environmental Sampler is not waterproof, do not use in rainwater environment;
2.5 Pay attention to biosafety and make good respiratory protection during collection.
3. Maintenance
3.1 After sampling, disinfect and clean the host surface in time.
